Nine injured in Rukum Pashchim Bus accident

By Raju Lamichhane, Rukum Pashchim, Nov 16: A bus with the registration number Pradesh-3-01-005 Kha 9966 met with an accident near Ritha of Aathbiskot Municipality - 11 of Rukum Pashchim. 

Aathbiskot Municipality Mayor Ravi KC informed that the bus which was heading towards Radi from Kathmandu met with an accident leaving nine people injured including the driver. 

According to him, the bus fell some 100 meters from the road and stopped by the wooden pole of electricity.

Mayor KC said that due to the pole bus was saved from falling into the Bheri River.

According to District Police Office Rukum Pashchim's Police Inspector Rishi Pathak, injured were driver of Dhading's Khagri Rural Municipality - 1, 31 years Khadak Bahadur Tamang, same rural municipality -6's 28 years Bhim Bahadur Bhulan, Rukum Pashchim Aathbiskot Municipality -9, 31 years Prakash Gautam and Dolakha Bhimeshwar Municipality - 7, 26 years Prakash Magarathi.

Similarly, Aathbiskot Municipality- 11, 17 years Ganesh Rasaili, Jajarkot's Nalagad Municipality - 8, 45 years Bhim Kumari Chadara, Morang's Kheruwa Municipality - 5, 28 years Aakash Kafle and Jajarkot's Nalagad Municipality - 12, 25 years' Kisang Kumari BK were also injured in the accident.

Police informed that bus fell due to uncontrol. It has been said that all injured are receiving treatments in the municipal hospital and the health condition is said to be normal.
