By TRN Online, Kathmadnu, April 2: Minister of Land Management, Cooperatives, and Poverty Alleviation Pratibha Rawal has held direct talks with the cooperative victims.
As the government is moving forward, intending to return deposits of small depositors and savers in the cooperatives, the Minister has started discussions directly with the victims.
Victims from various cooperatives across the country have gathered at the ministry since early this morning to present their problems and grievances directly to Minister Rawal.
People who have been suffering for a long time due to not receiving their savings back got the opportunity to personally share their situation and concerns with the minister.
During the discussion, Minister Rawal said that resolving the problems faced by the victims has been given high priority by the ministry.
“The ministry is serious about how to address the concerns of the victims in an effective manner,” he said.
According to Minister Rawal, the government has been moving forward in a phased manner to solve the problems seen in the cooperative sector.
She added that special focus has been placed on providing relief to small depositors and savers.
The discussion has raised expectations that concrete initiatives will be taken toward resolving the problems of cooperative victims.
