Applications for Miss Nepal open

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Mar. 28: The application form for Miss Nepal 2024 is now open. Organising a press conference in Kathmandu on Wednesday, the beauty pageant organiser , Hidden Treasure, announced that applications for participation in the 30th edition of Miss Nepal 2024 can be submitted by May 14.

The grand finale of Miss Nepal 2024 will take place at the Sunrise Convention Centre in Godawari, Lalitpur on August 3.

The organiser said that there would be three main winners in this year’s pageant, including Miss Nepal World, Miss Nepal Earth and Miss Nepal International.

 The competition features 12 different title awards including Miss Popular Choice, Miss Fitness Queen, Miss Healthy Skin, Miss Intellectual, Miss Glamour, Miss Confident and Miss Photogenic.

The Miss Nepal competition is broadening its horizons by extending its search for participants to several cities, including Birtamod, Itahari, Birgunj, Chitwan, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, Pokhara, Surkhet and Kathmandu. 

For the Miss Nepal 2024 pageant, interested unmarried girls with a minimum height of 5 feet 3 inches and aged between 18 and 27 years, possessing Nepali citizenship, are eligible to apply.

During the press conference, Prasiddhy Shah, who participated in Miss Nepal International-2023, Raina Majgaiya, who participated in Miss Nepal Earth 2023, and Priyanka Rani Joshi, who participated in Miss World 2023, shared their experiences in the global platform. 

Notably, Miss Nepal Priyanka Rani Joshi excelled by securing a position in the top 40 at the Miss World competition held in India this year.

 Additionally, she won the ‘Beauty with a Purpose’ title from the Asia and Oceania region as well.
