One dies after drowning in river
By Sujal Shrestha, Pyuthan, April 8: A young adult died after being drowned in the Madi River.
19-year-old Nabaraj Gharti Magar of Bhandhada of Swargadwari Municipality-6, died after drowning while bathing in the river.
According to the District Police Office, Pyuthan, the body of Gharti Magar, who went missing while bathing in the Madi River located at Simalchaur of Mandawi Rural Municipality-1, was recovered on Wednesday morning.
The deceased was an assistant truck driver, as per locals.
