Pandey's 'Bhuinmanchhe' released

Jhapa, March 5: 'Bhuimanchhe' – a book authored by litterateur Dr Binda Pandey has been unveiled at Sukhani Martyr Memorial Park on Wednesday.     

The book details the historical anecdotes including cooperation of farmers, workers and grassroots people from Jhapa rebellion in 2028 BS to the Peoples Movement of 2046 BS to make the movements successful, Pandey said.     

The book has incorporated various topics including political career from 'coordination' centre to CPN (UML), movements and contribution of cadres during the period.     

The book was released by Tek Bahadur Rai and Bhakta Bahadur Ale, who had provided shelter to the then CPN (ML) at Sukhani, on the 52nd Sukhani Memorial Day.(RSS)
