Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela visiting Nepal

Kathmandu, Nov. 7: Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela is arriving in Nepal in December to participate as a showstopper in the fashion show Glam Nepal International 2014. The event will take place on December 14.

In a press statement issued on Wednesday, the organiser, Prarambha Production, announced that applications for models for the 4th edition of Glam Nepal International are now open.

 Interested models can submit their applications through the eSewa app, according to the organiser.

The participation criteria state that female models must be at least 5.4 feet tall while male models must be at least 5.10 feet tall. 

The selection process for the models will be held on November 9 and six male and 24 female models will be chosen, according to Pawan Acharya, Director of Prarambha Production.

Models will be showcased in designer outfits created by Nepali designers in different sequences. 

The fashion show aims to introduce fashion lovers to new and attractive attire while encouraging local fashion designers, Acharya said.

 He also mentioned that businessmen, artists, models and various notable personalities will participate in the event.

The top model and designer from the show will earn the opportunity to participate in Glam International, which will be held in Australia.
