CM Singh makes surprise visit to Jaleshwor Hospital

By Our Correspondent,Jaleshwor, Aug.27: Chief Minister of Madhesh Province, Satish Kumar Singh made a surprise visit to Jaleshwor Provincial Hospital on Sunday night. The Chief Minister reached the hospital on Sunday after hearing the public grievances of delayed service.

He inspected the emergency and maternity wards and laboratory. 

During the inspection, he also checked the duty chart and attendance registration of doctors, nurses and other employees. He checked the arrival time and absence rate of the staff.

Minister Singh also interacted with the admitted patients and those who were in the queue for check-ups regarding the quality and convenience of the hospital services.

During the inspection visit, he asked health workers to render quality service to the people. He also directed the hospital management to prioritise the cleanliness of the hospital.

After the hospital visit, he briefly conveyed that, he reached the hospital following the public grievance of delayed service. He instructed all the doctors and nurses to be in the hospital during their duty time. He also urged them to be punctual in their duty and take care of patients with utmost sincerity.

Minister Singh informed that the services of the hospital will be enhanced to increase people's access to quality health care. Prior to this, the Chief Minister visited Madhes Provincial Hospital in Janakpur on Saturday at 11 pm.
