One died in road mishap

By Sujal Shrestha, Pyuthan, Mar.3: One person died after being hit by a motorcycle in Lamachaur of Mandavi rural municipality 3 of  Pyuthan District.

 Police said that 42-year-old Rim Bahadur Khanal died on the spot after being hit by a Pulsar motorcycle (Ra 2 Pa 740) on Sunday night.

Three youths, who were riding in a motorcycle, en route from Bhingri toward Chakchake, sustained serious injuries.  

 Abhishek Karki, 18-year-old of Naya gaun, Mandavi Rural Municipality- 3, who was seriously injured, was taken to Butwal for treatment, police said.

 Suman Pun, aged 18, of Naya village and Shishir Thapa, aged 17, of Chakchake-5, who were riding the motorcycle sustained minor injuries on their arms and legs.
