Khajura Rural Municipality begins school merger drive

Ranjha (Banke), June 1: Khajura Rural Municipality of Banke has speed up school merger bid.  So far three schools with low number of students are merged. 

Khagendra Malla, Head of Education Section of Khajura Rural Municipality informed that three schools have been merged so far.

Shanti Primary School located in Khajura Rural Municipality-3, Bhanudaya Primary School located in Khajura Rural Municipality-2 and Shiv Primary School Naya in  Guranspur, where the number of students is low have been merged.

According to him, Shanti Primary School has been merged into Janata Secondary School, Bhanudaya and Shiva Primary School are merged into Shukra Secondary School.  

The Rural Municipality had worked out to merge the schools with low number of the students since 2075 BS. (RSS)
