LG Fest concludes successfully in HK

By A Staff ReporterKathmandu, Feb. 6: LG Fest 2025, a musical event organised by the Nepali community in Hong Kong, concluded successfully last week. Promoted as the first-ever Nepali open-air concert in Hong Kong by the Laligurans (LG) Association, the event saw several famous Nepali singers grace the stage.

Nepali bands like Kandara, John & The Locals and Purna Rai & Dajubhai Haru; singer Shanti Shree Pariyar; and India’s Best Dancer Season 3 winner Samarpan Lama and participant Sushma Tamang performed and amazed the Nepali diaspora at Tai Tong Eco Park.


The event was emceed by actor Jeetu Nepal and actress Keki Adhikari. 

“We will organise such an event every year,” said Bishal Gurung of LG Association. As per the Association, such events help preserve Nepali culture in Hong Kong and promote friendship between Nepal and Hong Kong.
