Kathmandu, Nov 16: The proposed ambassador to the United Kingdom, Chandra Prasad Ghimire, has expressed his commitment to make every possible effort to increase the exports of goods in Britain.
Addressing an event organized by Dharan Sarokar Samaj in his honor here on Saturday, Ghimire emphasized the need for strengthening economic diplomacy, promoting foreign direct investment, bringing high-ranking officials from Britain to visit Nepal and elevating mutual relations to a new level.
Former Minister of State for Communications Krishna Kumar Rai, Senior Advocate Harihar Dahal, Former Ambassador to China Rajeshwar Acharya, and Former President of Nepal Chamber of Commerce Mahesh Kumar Agarwal among other shared their views at the event.(RSS)
