blog

By Our Correspondent,Surkhet, Dec. 22: With the increasing inflow of patients, the Karnali Provincial Hospital in Surkhet has introduced online booking system for OPD patients.

Prof. Dr. Dambar Khadka, Director of Karnali Provincial Hospital, informed that from now on people do not need to stand in long queues in the morning for doctor’s appointments. “We need to inform and educate people about the online system,” he added.

Khadka said that people should first register online. “On the website, the patients can select the doctors, date and appointment time. Then, people have to fill in a brief form and book an appointment. People can bring the print copy or screenshot of the doctor’s appointment to receive the service,” added Khadka.

The online system would make it easier for people to book appointments with their preferred doctor at an appropriate time. This process will help manage the crowd of patients in the hospital.
