Maoist Centre's 4th plenary meeting of central committee continues

Kathmandu, Aug 3: The fourth plenary meeting of the central committee of the CPN (Maoist Centre) continues today also.     

Central Committee members have been putting forth their views on the brief report of party Chairperson and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' in the meeting. 

At the beginning of today's meeting, senior Vice-Chairperson and Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha briefed about the government's performance.     

Stating that the activities of the government have raised new hopes among the people, he laid emphasis that people's hope should be converted into the party organisation.

The central committee members have put forth their views on various issues including restructuring of the party, working style, the effectiveness of organisations and the government's performance.     

A total of 18 central committee members put forth their views in the meeting on Wednesday. The meeting has been taking place since Wednesday. (RSS)
