President Paudel outlined the multiple physical and psychological benefits of Yoga such as relieving stress, increasing immunity, developing a positive mindset and enhancing self-discipline. “Besides connecting the mind and body, yoga leads to knowledge, action, consciousness, strength and stability. Additionally, yoga helps make a person physically, mentally, and spiritually strong, contributing to a healthy lifestyle,” he added.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs Rabi Lamichhane has revealed that the location of absconding GB (Gitendra Babu) Rai, involved in a cooperative fraud case, has now been confirmed and cleared to a large extent. Speaking to journalists at Bharatpur Airport on Thursday, Deputy Prime Minister Lamichhane said that the government had continuously investigated Rai’s whereabouts and got the location clear. “We are conducting an investigation and have got very close. I have had multiple conversations with the Home Minister of Malaysia during the week only. Even three or four days ago, I spoke with him,” he said, adding, “We have already found out. The Malaysian Home Minister has made the location of GB Rai clear,” said DPM Lamichhane. Because of the lack of an extradition treaty with Malaysia, there are legal hindrances to arresting Rai and bringing him to Nepal, the Home Minister said.

With this record in the Kathmandu Valley, the ‘Lesser Grey Shrike’ is also the first record for the hilly regions of Nepal. Bird guide Shankar Tiwari and wildlife photographer Sanjay Tha Shrestha found this bird in Bode, Manohara, on Saturday afternoon. According to Shrestha, the bird was first recorded by Tiwari. When Tiwari saw the unique bird in the area, he called Shrestha, and together they confirmed that the bird was a ‘Lesser Grey Shrike,’ making it the first sighting in the Valley.

The alliance will not break due to our reasons," according to Chairman Nepal.He, however, said intensive talks were missing among the ruling parties in the alliance and pointed out the need for consultations among the ruling parties.
