National Assembly meeting begins

Kathmandu, May 31: The meeting of the National Assembly has begun lately.     

The NA meeting is scheduled to witness presentation of proposals for clause-wise discussion on various bills, including House of Representatives Election (First Amendment) Bill, 3083.     

The proposal is being tabled by Prime Minister and Home Minister Balendra Shah along with a message from the lower house, House of Representatives. Even a proposal for the passage of the Bill will be tabled.     

The Voters' List (First Amendment) Bill, 2083 including the message from House of Representatives is also in line for the presentation in the Upper House, seeking a clause-wise discussion. It will also be forwarded for the passage from the NA.(RSS)
