Issue Off shore bond international market in Nepali currency
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 29: The government has announced that the it will work to issue offshore bond in the international market in Nepali currency.
Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle while presenting the annual budget for fiscal year of 2026/027 at the joint meeting of the federal parliament- the House of Representatives and the National Assembly has said that the government will work for the issue of offshore bond in international market in Nepali currency.
Clear energy bond and diaspora bond will be issued. The available foreign currency reserve will be mobilized as soverign wealth fund.
