'Sudurpaschim Kachahari' to kick off today

Kailali, May 16: The 'Sudurpaschim Kachahari, 2083' is kicking off in Dhangadhi of Kailali today.     

The programme is being organized by the Sudurpaschim Development Foundation in cahoots with the Province Policy and Planning Commission.     

Sher Bahadur Shahi, Chair of the Foundation, informed that all preparations for the programme, which will last on Sunday, have been completed.     

Chief Minister of Sudurpaschim Province, Kamal Bahadur Shah, is scheduled to inaugurate the programme.     

Shahi shared that the programme will reflect the overall development and prosperity of Sudurpaschim province.     

It is believed that the programme, organized for the overall development, prosperity, and policy reform of Sudurpaschim province, will help showcase the province's prosperity and potential at national and international levels.     

"During the two-day event, policy debates on the themes around education, health, tourism, employment, agriculture, infrastructure, safe migration, and good governance will be conducted to prepare a shared development perspective," said Chair Shahi.     

The hosts shared that the conclusions and recommendations drawn during the policy debate will be forwarded to the central government to be included in the upcoming budget and policy-making process of the government.(RSS)
