16 people injured in Nawalparasi bus accident
Nawalparasi, May 9: A passengers carrying bus turned turtle today in Bardaghat Municipality-4, Nawalparasi district along the East-West Highway, leaving 16 people injured.
The incident occurred around 7 pm when the bus (Na 7 Kha 5820), traveling from Pokhara to Mahendranagar, lost control and overturned on the road.
The injured individuals were rushed to the Chisapani Hospital Bardaghat. Most of the injured ones were reported limbs and head injuries, with some passengers in moderate condition.
The injured individuals are from various districts such as Kaski, Nawalparasi, Kailali and Tanahun, as well as a foreign national. (RSS)
