Dr. Sherchan elected chairperson of HoR committee on education, health and IT

Sherchan, a lawmaker from the ruling Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has been
elected Chairpers of the Committee on Education, Health and Information
Technology in the House of Representatives (HoR).
Dr Sherchan got elected in the election held on
Friday defeating Guru Prasad Baral of CPN (UML).
Assuming the office today, she said that the
Committee would work in line with the suggestion from the experts on education,
health and information technology by raising above the mindset of ruling party
or the opposition party.
