CPC delegation to visit Nepal

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Jan 13: A delegation of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is visiting Nepal for three days next week.

The delegation will be led by Zheng Youya, chief of the Nepal affairs unit under the CPC IRD.

It is reported that the delegation will hold talks with the leaders of the political parties as well as government officials and reiterate China's continued support for socio economic development of Nepal.

Nepal affairs chief Zheng is also known as Sarala in Nepal and speaks Nepali.

The visit holds special significance since it is being held in the wake of the Gen Z movement and final preparation for March 5 election to the House of Representatives (HoR).
