Basic computer training to blind people
Taplejung, Dec 22: The Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh (NNJS) Taplejung chapter has run basic computer training to the blind people aiming to make the blind people skilled in computer handling.
The basic computer training programme is supported by Phungling Municipality.
Chairman of NNJS Taplejung, Narsingh Limbu, said that the training programme is expected to make the blind people economically independent by ensuring their access to technology and its usage.
A total of 10 blind students are attending the computer training.
Limbu said that the training will continue till the first week of February 2026. (RSS)
