Center) general convention organizing committee Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda'
has viewed that the voice of the Gen Z was also the voice of the Maoist Center.
Prachanda, also former Prime Minister, said so while addressing a meet the
cadres programme organized his party's Chitwan district committee here this
morning.
He attributed the loss of lives and property during the Gen Z movement
to the ego of the then major ruling parties and recklessness of the government.
"Therefore, the main culprit for the loss of lives and property during the
Gen Z movement is the then government."

Prachanda termed the way youths got organized through social networking sites
for movement as an indication of a new political consciousness and that their
demands resembled those of the Maoist Center's.
"The
demands raised by the Gen Z are integral to our movement. It is a matter of
pride for us that the anticorruption campaign that we have been initiating from
outset has been a voice of the Gen Z," he said.
