By Prakash Silwal, Turkmenistan, Aug 4: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli
has arrived in Awaza city in Turkmenistan for participating in the Third UN
Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LDC) being held here on 5-8
August.
The Nepali delegation to the LDC conference led by PM Oli arrived here this afternoon via Dubai international airport.
PM Oli was
welcomed by vice-chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Hojamyrat
Geldimyradow, and Nepal's residential representative to UN office in New York,
Lok Bahadur Thapa.
PM Oli
arrived here to take part in the LDC Conference on the official invitation by Serdar
Berdimuhamedow, President of Turkmenistan, and António Guterres, Secretary
General of the United Nations (UN).
