Attempt to clear flood-obstructed Koshi highway (Photo feature)

By Kabi Raj Ghimire, Hile, May 31: The Bhedetar-Mulghat road section of the Koshi Highway, which was blocked since today morning due to heavy rains, has not yet been reopened.
Floods in the Leuti River, located in Phedi, Sangurigadhi Rural Municipality-6, have eroded about 100 meters of road.
Dhankuta Chief District Officer Tubaraj Pokharel informed that efforts have been underway since morning to clear the blocked road.
