Wife kills husband in domestic feud

By Raju Lamichhane, Rukum Pashchim, Nov .19: A woman has killed her husband in Rukum Pashchim. 

According to the Rukum Paschim District Police Office, 32-year-old Deepa Kumal, a resident of  Chaurjahari Municipality-2, killed, her 40-year-old husband Madhu Kumal.

According to District Police Office Rukum Pashchim's Police Inspector Rishi Pathak, Dipa killed her husband at around 2:30 AM on Tuesday.

The son of the deceased Khim Kumal informed the police about the homicide. He was hit in the head by a sharp piece of firewood. 

A team led by police Inspector Dipendra Rawal from the Area Police Office, Chaurjahari, reached the spot soon after hearing about the incident and took the accused under control. 

Preparations are being made to bring the body of the deceased to the district hospital for post-mortem.

The preliminary investigation shows that the reason for the murder might be a domestic dispute. 

Further investigation into the matter is underway.
