By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Mar 14: The Federal Civil Service Bill, 2080, has been presented at the House of Representatives (HoR).
Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration Bhanu Bhakta Joshi presented the Federal Civil Service Bill, 2080 to the HoR assembly on Thursday.
Presenting the bill, Minister Joshi said that the bill needs to be passed to make the administrative system of the country streamlined, and result-oriented in line with the system of government. Likewise, the bill needs to be passed needs to be passed to make administrative federalism effective.
He said that the make the civil servant needs to be made neutral, professionally competent, inclusive, entrepreneurial, participatory and of high morale.
