Blacktopping of eastern section of Narayanghat-Butwal road completes

Gyanu Pangeni, Madhyabindu, April 26: Blacktopping has been completed in the eastern section of the Narayanghat-Butwal road, except for the Daunne area.

Marking and greenery works related to road safety and attraction have been going on in the road section where blacktopping is completed.

Kerb made for road safety can be seen from Gaindakot to Arunkhola of this road section. These structures have added to the attraction of the road.

Works to separate lane with the white and yellow marking lines in the middle of the road is also going on.

Road marking, greenery development and construction of water outlet have been accelerated now as the road construction is heading to final phase.

Engineer Shiva Khanal, information officer of the eastern section of the road, said that the project will lay Chinese carpet grass in the greenery area, especially during the rainy season.

Khanal said works related to managing and filling the greenery area with soil is are going on in addition to construction of drainage to prevent water logging during the rainy season.

Prem Paudel, a local, viewed that the road section seems to have entered into the new phase of beautification, safety and structural improvement.
