By Bom Lal Giri, Nawalpur, Mar 4: One Indian national has been killed by drowning while fishing in a Narayani river.
The deceased was fishing by sitting on the rubber tube in the Narayani River of the Binayi Tribeni Rural Municipality-7. He lost his life by drowning in the river when the air leaked from the tire he was sitting on.
According to Police Inspector Sajan Sharma from the District Police Office, Nawalpur, the deceased around 60 -65 years old, went unconscious after drowning in the river and was rescued by the police and taken from the Madhyabindu District Hospital, Danda, where, he was pronounced dead. The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained.
