Seven injured in Syangja jeep accident

By Radhakrishna Dumre, Waling, Nov 12: Seven people have got injured in a jeep accident in Kaligandaki-1, Syangja. 

The jeep with number number Ga 1 Ja 7604 on the way from Butwal to Karikot of Syangja met with an accident at Pyugha in Kaligandaki-1. 

According to information officer of police, Inspector Uttam GC, the jeep fell nearly 30 meter down the gravel road near Pugha Kalika Mandir, and fortunately the jeep got entangled in a tree on the steep downhill which saved it from greater tragedy.

The injured, seven out of eight passengers in the jeep, are taken to Kaligandaki hospital, according to police.
