By Our Correspondent, Sindhupalchowk, July 15: Women of Chautara Sangachokgadhi Municipality-5, Sindhupalchowk district, have started earning income by producing phenyl and liquid soap at their home.

Women have been busy producing phenyl and liquid soap for washing clothes, dishes and cleaning tiles.

Mina Shrestha, who has been producing phenyl and liquid soaps in Chautara, informed that local women have started earning good income by producing phenyl and liquid soap at home during their free time.

The produced phenyl and soap has started to be consumed in Chautara and other markets.

The phenyl and liquid soaps are being sold at Rs. 90 per bottle.

According to the women, there is a lot of demand for phenyl and soap from the government and non-government offices, hotels, villages, neighborhoods and schools of Chautara.

They said that they are receiving feedback from consumers that their products are much better than solid soap and detergent power.

To make things sweeter, the environment has started to become cleaner after the discarded plastic bottles have been reused for packaging liquid soap and phenyl.
