PM Deuba calls for effective role of RSS on its responsibility to inform and educate citizen

Kathmandu, July 17: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has wished for the further effective role of Rashtriya Samachar Samiti (RSS) in its responsibility to provide information and education to the citizen.    

In a message of best wishes to the RSS on its video service, which is beginning from today, the PM said informing the citizens is to respect their fundamental rights. Asking the RSS to internalize this notion of the government, the PM has asked the RSS to move ahead by discharging its duty in an effective way.   

Likewise, PM Deuba has also expressed his happiness for the beginning of the RSS video service adding that the new service would ensure service diversification of RSS while wishing for its success.    

Furthermore, PM Deuba has stated that the RSS should also revise its medium in the present context that has seen a rapid transformation in the field of information technology.
