Sanish, Keshu win Mr., Miss Supranational

By A Staff Reporter  Kathmandu, May 31: Sanish Shrestha and Keshu Khadka have won the titles of Mr and Miss Supranational 2022. Each winner received a prize of Rs. 700,000 and various gifts.

Manas Kumar Rai and Aditi Adhikari were declared first runner-up in the grand ceremony while Anish Karki and Eri Tuladhar were runner-up. Shrestha and Khadka, the winners of the competition, will represent Nepal in the Mr. and Miss Supranational pageant to be held in Poland in July.

The judges of the competition were  Varo Vargas (Mr. Supranational 2021), Anntonia Porsild (Miss Supranational 2019) and Andrea Sleigh (Creative Director of Miss Supranational Organisation), Dr. Santosh Upadhyaya, National Director Mr. and Miss Supranational Nepal, Mr. Sonana Amatya and Mr. Kishor Maharjan.

Among 100 applicants, 20 contestants were selected for the final competition. 

Before appearing in the final, the selected contestants competed in various rounds such as Fitness Round, Talent Round, Swim Wear Round and Top Model Round.

The competition was choreographed by Prashant Tamrakar.

At the event, participants from the international community expressed their happiness over the organisation of the competition in Nepal.
