By Nabinraj Kuikel, Lamjung, Dec 9: There will be 130 voting sites in Lamjung for the election of the House of Representatives to be held on March 5.
In that voting sites, there will be 186 voting centres.
Out of that 30 voting sites 30 have been enlisted in the list of highly sensitive sites.
District Election Office, Lamjung has informed that those 30 voting sites have been enlisted in the highly sensitive list on the base of a report of the security agency.
Similarly, 77 voting sites have been enlisted in the sensitive list.
“23 sites are enlisted in normal sites,” according to the security committee.
The District Administration Office has informed that it has sent integrated security plan to the Ministry of Home Affairs targeting the election.
The Chef District Officer, Dr Tok Raj Pandey has informed that the security mobilization will get deployed in accordance to sensitivity of voting site.
Pandey said that the integrated security plan is formulated keeping the view for how to and how much security will be mobilized in the categorized voting sites.
The District Election Officer, Yadavraj Acharya informed that there were 128 voting sites for election in Lamjung. Meanwhile, two additional voting sites have been added.
