Energy Minister Ghising off to India to attend ISA

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Oct. 27: Minister for Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation, Kulman Ghising, left for India this afternoon to participate in the 8th Assembly of the International Solar Alliance (ISA).
The summit, scheduled for 27-30 October in New Delhi, will host energy ministers and representatives from over 40 countries.
At the high-level meeting, discussions will focus on promoting solar energy, expanding sustainable energy supply, mitigating climate change, and exploring avenues for international cooperation, where Minister Ghising is set to address the meeting representing Nepal, according to the Energy Minister Ghising's secretariat.
