Madan breaks hunger strike
Kathmandu, Oct 14: Madan Budha of Achham, who had been staging a fast-unto-death demanding representation of Sudurpaschim in the incumbent government, has broken the hunger strike.
Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal made Budha break his hunger strike by offering water, said Spokesperson at District Police Range, Kathmandu, Pawan Kumar Bhattarai.
Budha was on a fast-unto-death at Maitighar Mandala for the past four days putting forth three-point demands.
Breaking the fast-unto-death, Home Minister Aryal said action would be taken against the guilty as victims have already filed petition.(RSS)
