By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Aug.24: Bipin's mother, Padma Joshi and his sister Pushpa Joshi have met with the President Ramchandra Paudel today.
Mother Padma and sister Pushpa had reached Israel and returned after meeting the President and Prime Minister of Israel in coordination with the Nepali Embassy in Israel in connection of appealing for Bipin's release.
Bipin's mother Padma and sister Pushpa said that while in Israel, they met the president, prime minister, and ambassadors of various countries, and that this issue has reached the international level.
They also urged for further initiatives for the release of Bipin.
Mother Padma has urged for humanitarian initiatives, saying that her son Bipin is an innocent student.
On the occasion, President Paudel said that he would make further efforts for Bipin's release.
Bipin, who hails from Bhimdatta Municipality-3, Kanchanpur, was among the dozens of foreign workers kidnapped alongside Israelis during Hamas' October 7, 2023 attack. There has been no information of the 24-year-old since the day he was kidnapped.
