Body recovered in a washed away state in Gulmi

By Toplal Aryal, Resunga, Aug.22: The body of a man has been recovered at the bank Chhaldi River in Gulmi on Friday morning. 

Chief of Police at the District Police Office, Gulmi, Superintendent of Police   Narayan Prasad Adhikari said that the body of 53-year-old Man Bahadur Kumal, a resident of Rahale, ISMA Rural Municipality-1, was found on the bank of a river.

He said that the Body of Kumal, who had been missing from home since Wednesday night, was found in a washed-away state by the Chhaldi River on Friday morning. The river had washed away the body and thrown it onto the bank of the river, where the body was recovered. 

The body of Kumal, who had been missing from home since Wednesday night, was found on the bank of the Chaldi River in Ishma Rural Municipality-2 on Friday morning, the official said.

A local fisherman had informed the police after seeing the body. 

Police said that an investigation is currently underway, including making a case report.
