Five arrested for fraud in networking business scam

 By Bomlal Giri, Nawalpur, Aug.20: Five people who committed fraud through networking businesses have been arrested in Kawasoti, Nawalpur.

Police have arrested five people who were working at the Universal Entrepreneurs Private Limited branch office in Kawasati Municipality-8 for falsely tempting various people with the idea that they could earn a lot of money through a networking business.

Information Officer at the District Police Office Deputy Superintendent of Police Madhu Nepal said that the arrests were made based on a complaint filed by the victims that fraudsters claimed to find employment but failed to do so after taking money, makes you pay for the purchase of goods produced by various companies, but not deliver products, and return money even when asked. 

The arrests were made based on a complaint filed by the victims that the goods were not returned and the money was not returned even when they were asked for, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Madhu Nepal, Information Officer at the District Police Office.

The police have not made public the names of the five people working at the Networking Business Pvt. Ltd. 

Nepal said that they were arrested for investigation and remanded in custody by the Nawalpur District Court for fraud-related offences and further investigation is underway.
