One killed in machete attack while stealing goat

 By Jaya Krishna Yadav, Inaruwa, June 17: One person died after being attacked with a machete in Shivanagar, Ramdhuni municipality-2, Sunsari district

One person died when Santosh Chaudhary, a local of Ramdhuni-2, attacked a group of three people, who had come to steal goats, with a machete.

Police Inspector Sujan Mudel of the Area Police Office, Jhumka, said that the deceased has been identified as Rakesh Chaudhary of Ramdhuni- 4, who went to steal goats. 

According to Police Inspector Mudel, further investigation into the matter is underway. 

Police Inspector Dinesh Adhikari of the District Police Office, Sunsari, said that post-mortem of the deceased has been conducted at Biratnagar, while Santosh, who attacked with a machete, has been taken under control.
