Two injured as motorbike collides with jeep

By Bom Lal Giri, Nawalpur, May 30: Two persons riding on a motorbike have been injured when their biked collided with a bolero jeep heading to the same direction at Bhrikutichowk in Gaidakot Municipality-2.

Condition of one of the two injured is said to serious, according to the police.

The motorcycle with registration number Na 63 Pa 2261 heading toward Chitwan along East-West Highway from Bhrikutichowk hit a van coming opposite and then hit the bolero van it was trying to overtake, causing an accident, said the police.

DSP Madhu Nepal, also information officer of the district police office, said that the bike driver was Uma Shankar Kumar Pandit, 30, of Bahudarmai Rural Municipality-8 in Parsa district and pillion rider was Sagar Pande, 30, of Hupsikot Rural Municipality in Nawalpur district.
