Chair Prachanda lauds people's power

Doti, May 17: Chairman of the CPN (Maoist Centre) and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has said his party reached the ruling position based on people's power.

Addressing a programme organized by the party with the theme of 'Maoist with people' as part of people's awakening campaign in Doti today, Chairman Prachanda viewed it was people's power that led to the Maoist Centre to the ruling position.

"The poor, farmers, workers and suppressed people were foundation of the party to achieve the present success," he reminded, adding that his party led the government for three times. 

On the occasion, he admitted that he reached before people by making self-compunction. He would study people's problems and make efforts to resolve them, Prachanda assured. (RSS)
