PM meets contestants of Mero Dance and Voice Season 2

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Apr. 21: The contestants of Mero Dance Universe and Mero Voice Universe Season 2 met Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Sunday.

Among the artists of Nepali origin from around the world, selected participants from 23 countries had the opportunity to meet Prime Minister Oli, who extended his best wishes for their talents and for their mission to spread the spirit of unity through Nepali identity.

Organised by Intra Foundation and broadcast on Nepal Television, the programme was also hailed by Prime Minister Oli.

The Prime Minister emphasised the role of the contestants in keeping Nepali art, literature, culture, dance, and expressions alive.

 Regardless of where in the world Nepalis reside, their genetic memory helps keep Nepali art and culture vibrant, said the Prime Minister.

Intra Foundation Chairman Dilli Adhikari informed that participants of Nepali origin from Nepal, Bhutan, India, the United States, Dubai, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Myanmar, Portugal, Malaysia, Thailand, and other countries took part in the programme.
