Octogenarian dies while dousing forest fire at Sinja, Jumla
By Netra Shahi, Jumla, Jan.27: One person died in a forest fire that broke out at Sinja Rural Municipality in Jumla district.
According to the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of the District Police Office, Jumla, Kshedilal Kamati, 81-year-old Bhadde Rawal, Sinja Rural Municipality-1, died in the fire.
He died while dousing a fire at Rupakot community forest, police said.
The fire has been brought under control.
