Prachanda calls for summoning parliament's session
Morang, Jan 17: CPN (Maoist Centre) Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has demanded the government summon the winter session of the parliament.
Taking to media at Biratnagar Airport on Friday evening, the major opposition party leader called for the government to withdraw the recently-issued five ordinances and seek their endorsements within the House.
The former Prime Minister informed the media that a joint meeting of seven political parties on Friday itself expressed concerns over the ordinances.
Prachanda landed here to attend some programmes here on Saturday.(RSS)
