Nepali cinema Draupadi to be screened from March 21

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec 30: An original Nepali film shot in naturally beautiful places of the country such as Shey Phoksundo Lake, Draupadi, is being screened in cinema halls across the country from Chaitra 8 (21 March).

According to Rishi Raj Acharya, writer and director of the film, the film which gives an original taste of a Nepali movie will also be screened abroad for Nepali diaspora, in countries such as Australia and the USA.

In addition to a social story, Nepal's unique natural beauty has been presented in the film, said director Acharya.

Produced in the banner of RB Movies, the cinema has actors such as Ashwini Shahi, Rabi Od, Jelsan Adhikari, Sujata Timalsina, Kabiraj Bham, Prakash Gyawali, Sita Baudel, Bishnu Thaharai, Suraj Adhikari and the director, Rishi Raj Acharya.

Music for the cinema is composed by Rabi Od while Anil Maharjan is the editor of it.
