NC finalizes by-election candidates in Koshi, Gandaki provinces

Kathmandu, Nov 15: The Nepali Congress has finalized by-election candidates at local levels of Koshi and Gandaki provinces. The by-election is being held on December 1.     

As per the decision, Bhim Kumar Laksamba is being fielded as ward chair of Sirijanga rural municipality-1 in Taplejung; Padma Ramgopal Oli as ward chair of Kankai municipality-6 in Jhapa; Balram Sardar as chair of Gramthan rural municipality in Morang; Narendra Limbu as ward chair of Laligurans municipality-8 in Tehrathum; Tetar Saha as ward chair of Gadhi rural municipality-6 in Sunsari; Tekraj Bhattarai as chair of district coordination committee in Okhaldhunga; Ghanshyam Dahal as ward chair of Molung rural municipality-5 in Okhaldhunga; Sanjib Kafle as ward chair of Triyuga municipality-12, and Nawaraj Basnet as ward chair of Belaka municipality-9.     

It was shared by Chief Secretary at NC party office, Krishna Prasad Paudel.     

Similarly in Gandaki Province, Bhaikaji Ale has been nominated as ward chair of Gorkha municipality-5 in Gorkha.     

The NC party central office has urged all leaders and cadres to be united and devote to campaign for election victory.(RSS)
