Rapti Highway to be disrupted for three days

By Gokarna Paudel, Tulsipur, Sept.27: The road from Ramri in Tulsipur to Kapurkot along the Rapti Highway is going to be disrupted for the coming three days.

According to the District Administration Office, Dang, the road from Ramri to Kapurkot will be disrupted for three days for road maintenance. 

According to Assistant Chief District Officer Sabitra Pun, road repair has started from Friday. The road condition has been deteriorated and buried in some places because of landslides triggered by the incessant rainfall. 

She said that heavy vehicles such as tippers and trucks have been banned but small vehicle can continue to commute without interruption. 

 Meanwhile, the Amelia-Tulsipur road section of Rapti Highway is in operation.
