Two arrested with illegal drugs

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, April 18: Two people have been arrested with 232 brown heroin and 749 tablets of Nitrazepam. 

35-year-old Raju Thamsuhang of Bishal Chowk Phalelung Rural Municipality-5, Panchthar, and 21-year-old Dinesh Sunuwar, of Umakunda Rural Municipality Ramechhap, were arrested from Jorpati, Gokarneshwor – 5, Kathmandu.  

Spokesperson of the Narcotics Control Bureau, Lalitpur SP Rameshwor Karki said that 232 grams of BROWN heroine, Rs 180,000, and a piece of digital scales were seized from Hamsuhang. 

Likewise, 749 tablets of Nitrazepam were seized from Sunuwar. 

Further investigation on the matter is underway.
