By Bom Lal Giri, Nawalpur, April 19: Three people sustained injuries when a tipper carrying limestone met with an accident in Nawalpur. All the injured are in critical condition. 

According to police, the incident occurred at Khamcha, of Binayi Triben Rural Municipality-5, along an inner road section when a tipper (Madhesh Province 03-001 Kha 8721) heading west towards Parasi from the Sarbottam Cement mine went out of control and fell approximately 70 meters off the road.

The injured have been identified as driver Baburaj Bhattarai, aged 47, of Tilottama Municipality, Rupandehi; Kul Bahadur Dhega, aged 35, of Matari, Mathagadhi Rural Municipality-7, Palpa; and Top Bahadur Rana, aged 26, of Chidiya, Binayi Tribeni –5, according to the Deputy Superintendent of Police Anil Pandit, spokesperson of the District Police Office, 

He said all three injured received initial treatment at a local medical facility and were referred to Bharatpur, Chitwan for further treatment.\
