Under the campaign, tourism entrepreneurs and hoteliers of Bandipur plan to travel to different cities of the country to promote the settlement known as the 'Queen of the hills.'

According to Surendra Thapa, chairman of the rural municipality, campaigners have already travelled to Rupandehi, Palpa and Syangja and interacted with elected representatives, businesses and industrialists there. Thapa informed that the campaign had the objective to make the rural municipality prosperous through tourism.

Kisan Pradhan, chairman of the Bandipur Tourism Development Committee, hoped that the campaign would promote Bandipur. "The area is already gradually developing as a destination for domestic and foreign tourists. We hope this campaign will help bring more visitors," he said.

Bandipur is known for its mediaeval Newa architecture, scenic views of Annapurna, Machhapuchchhre and Dhaulagiri mountains, temples of Khaddevi, Bindhyabasini and Mahalaxmi, and beautiful places like Thanimai, Teendhara, Raniban, Ramkot and Sunkhari.
